The U.S. Catholic Church owns more than 100,000 buildings. U.S. Catholic commitments to science-based targets would move civil society—utilities, governments, etc.—to meet the demand by reforming structures and policies.
This would bring in many youth and young adult. Evangelization is the “announcing of Christ by a living testimony as well as by the spoken word” (Lumen Gentium, no. 35, emph. added).
